Experience the Thrill of Low Budget Films at Culture Shock's Monthly Screenings at Beer Zombies Brewery in Sin City!

Wether you're a local or just vising the city - If you love discovering hidden gems in the world of cinema, there’s a new event in Las Vegas you won’t want to miss! Culture Shock presents - is a monthly screening event at Beer Zombies, a local brewery where fans of horror and beer can come together to enjoy movies that often fly under the mainstream radar. You won't see your typical Friday the 13th's or Nightmare on Elm Street here. No, these are Low budget films made with charm and personality that often bring fresh ideas and bold storytelling that big studios would avoid. Our focus is on screening films that we have licensed for Blu-Ray and VHS over the years that range from horror, sex comedies, thrillers and more . Most of the films you will see range from 1980-1999 with some

contemporary films mixed in. Here at Culture Shock we celebrate creative spirit and the diy aspect of filmmaking so we will also be screening SOV (Shot on Video) films where people just picked up a camera had $1000 and shot a film.

The best part of all of this? The screenings are completely free, making it easy for anyone to join in and explore new cinematic experiences without worrying about ticket prices and you can always count on the screenings being the last Saturday of every month.

The event kicks off at 8 PM with a pre-show party featuring DJs Spacetoonz and/or King Chubby spinning soundtracks, metal, and other genres that set the mood for the night often reflecting what we are screening and including visuals! At 9 PM, the movie starts, and after the movie stick around for more drinks and socializing . Whether you’re a longtime fan of indie films or just curious to see something different, Culture Shock offers a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy movies with like-minded people. This event is still in it's infant stage but we hope to grow and expand by bringing guests out as well as have more collaborations. We have recently gotten support from Tom Devlin and his Monster Museum and are very grateful they support what we are doing!
